Is Hemochek a medical diagnosis?
No. Hemochek is a screening tool that helps you understand your iron status from a rapid test strip. It is not a substitute for a clinical blood test. If your result shows Low or Deficient iron, we recommend visiting a clinic for confirmation.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your settings page. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No hidden fees, no lock-in.
What regions do you support for personalized action plans?
We currently offer region-specific food and supplement guidance for all 16 regions of Ghana. Nigeria and Kenya are coming soon. If your region is not yet supported, you will see general West African dietary guidance.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your iron results, cycle data, and profile information are encrypted and never shared with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
